March 8, Update for K-5 Art

K......after learning about and drawing spiders, we are now building 3-D spiders that will be on a web and entering houses in about two weeks

1......3-D clay turtles are just about all finished, glazing done

2......anti-bullying themed visual stories are being created after extensive dialogues in class were shared concerning this issue, feelings involved by all involved parties and how important being a good communicator is

3......boxes, boxes and more boxes, you will be seeing them soon, I promise

4......evaluations conducted in class of the 2-D and 3-D pieces done by each syudent then on to 2-D radial designs which will be watercolored

5......rendering with oil pastels...white to black...vessels on a table or set in a landscape
